San Manuel Casino and the legendary George Lopez have joined forces to create Chingon Kitchen, our latest restaurant serving up unforgettable Mexican cuisine.

Located on the second floor in the Rockin' Casino, enjoy tacos, burritos, bowls, Cabo stuffed potatoes or salads loaded with wood-fired carne asada, herb crusted rotisserie chicken or spit-fired al pastor. Top off these delicious menu items with avocado salsa, habanero salsa, pico de Gallo, salsa Mexicano, tomatillo salsa, cheeses and more! At Chingon Kitchen you’ll also find yourself enjoying an eclectic collection of sides, including guacamole, taquitos, street corn, chips, frijoles negros and arroz rojo to name a few.

Finish your meal with artisan churros dusted with cinnamon sugar and served with chocolate and caramel sauces.  Wash it all down with fresh made horchata, bottled Mexican soft drinks, sodas, beers or take a tequila tour with our amazing selection of the Mexican liqueur in our lively lounge.
